TRO: 3063 Guillotine

For the TRO: 3063 project. One of the FWL 'Mechs in the readout, this is a modern variant of an old SLDF workhorse turned ComGuards/Word of Blake Militia frontline heavy.

(Considering Irian Technologies' business relationship with the Wobbies, this is unfortunate if understandable.)

Subdued the signature "shoulderpads" look without losing the Saiyan Silhouette of the original. Like some of the alternate depictions, the left arm is shown with a lower arm actuator because it would look terribly silly if it weren't. Broke a bit of the lines on the center torso in order to make the SRM mount look more obviously like a refit, and a downgrade at that. As this is a Marik machine, I used some familiar forms for the Large Laser and Medium Laser mounts. Took some cues from the miniature version as far as flared knees go, though moved that down from the joint itself to the upper calves of the legs. Also looks like it has a face on its belly, which I always find amusing. That's present on the original, too.
